About the workshop

➡️  You are wondering how you are going to achieve your goals and milestones by the end of the year without constantly feeling anxious, stressed and overwhelmed.

➡️  You lack focus on which tasks you should tackle first and how to prioritise.

Instead, you want to achieve your goals with greater focus and confidence. You want to make great progress towards your PhD or studies and at the same time have enough time for family and friends and things that bring you joy. 🚀
