About the workshop

Doing a PhD can be exhausting and stressful, affecting your research, your work, your private life and health. By better understanding what stress is, where it comes from and what it triggers in your body, you can identify your stressors earlier and eliminate them more easily. 

This workshop will give you an introduction to the topic of stress. Together we will try out selected tools and techniques to help you lower your stress levels in the short and long term.
