Description

Take a moment to breathe. Step out of the busyness of your week and give yourself a gentle pause. Mindful Wednesday is a calm half-hour to rest, recharge, and reconnect with yourself. In this space, there’s no need to perform, plan, or analyse. Together, we will settle into stillness, notice our breath, and share a short guided meditation and mindful conversation. WHO CAN JOIN: Everyone is welcome—this is not limited to PhD students. Whether you are studying, working, or simply navigating daily life, this space is for you. WHEN DOES IT TAKE PLACE: Every Wednesday for 30 minutes: 6:00 PM EET (Cyprus) / 5:00 PM CET (Germany) / 4:00 PM GMT (UK) / 11:00 AM EST (USA East) / 10:00 AM CST (USA Central) Please note there will be no sessions on 28 January, 4 February, and 11 February. HOW TO JOIN: Participation is free and open to all. This is an open, drop-in format. You’re welcome to join whenever you like. No commitment required. To register, use the registration form provided on the page. There will be no reminder emails. You may wish to add the events to your calendar and optionally set a one-hour reminder before each session.
