Take a moment to breathe. Step out of the busyness of your week and give yourself a gentle pause. Mindful Wednesday is a calm half-hour to rest, recharge, and reconnect with yourself.
In this space, there’s no need to perform, plan, or analyse. Together, we will settle into stillness, notice our breath, and share a short guided meditation and mindful conversation.
Who can join: Everyone is welcome—this is not limited to PhD students. Whether you are studying, working, or simply navigating daily life, this space is for you.
